ABOUT ME
Dance is something I fell in love with at a young age. I quickly found myself dancing through all styles during my school years, and after college, I obtained my Group Fitness Certification to start my chosen career path (path is a loose word here, I had no idea where I was going). I still danced, but as an adult, it was much harder to find dance classes. I missed it. As a dancer turned fitness instructor, I soon discovered dance fitness and knew it was something I wanted to do, both for myself as a workout and as a job to help others. However, after only a few years in the mainstream fitness industry trying to find my place in it, I quickly realized that my ideas and personality didn’t quite fit in with what was acceptable to these corporate fitness entities or high-standard wellness clubs, I was changing myself in order to fit the “correct” standards put upon me and quickly grew tired of the constant mask. Far Out Dance Fitness is me to its core. It is fun, creative, real, inclusive, and ever-changing. It is for those who are tired of trying to water themselves down to fit in and want the freedom to be themselves, no matter how “far out”. So put on your space suit and tie those dancing shoes, cause it’s time to take off! in 5, 6, 7, 8….
Morgan has been dancing for 22 years and teaching dance for 7. She is an AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor and NASM Certified Personal Trainer.

On top of fun dance moves we’ll take some time to focus on specific muscles or muscle groups to make you strong while you sweat.

Most importantly, Far Out classes are FUN! Each class is different from the last, pulling songs from all corners of the music world to set the mood. And be on the lookout for themed classes; costumes and song requests highly encouraged!
